In the event you have ordered incorrectly or received the incorrect merchandise, simply call our office at 1-800-385-3148 and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number to return the merchandise you cannot use. An RGA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date for non-defective products. Thereafter, all sales are final. Material returned without an RGA Number may be refused and/or charged a 35% unauthorized return restocking fee. Returns with an RGA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be received in resalable condition for credit to be issued. No credit will be granted for broken, used or opened merchandise. If an order is shipped which has not been canceled in the same manner the order was placed (i.e., verbal cancellation for a verbal order or canceled online for an internet placed order) and the order is refused or returned without prior authorization a 35% restock fee will apply. Shipping/Handling and Freight charges will not be refunded. Special order products and/or products that are custom-manufactured cannot be returned for credit and/or a refund: this specifically applies to tritium exit signs, custom manufactured/painted/colored light bulbs and light fixtures. If an order is placed which totals more than $50.00(qualifying for free shipping) and later modified (i.e. some items returned) so that the net total of the final order falls below $50, shipping charges will apply.

Shipping and Delivery:

All items are shipped F.O.B. Shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. In the event merchandise is lost or damaged in transit for which a tracking number has been provided, you will have to file a claim with the carrier. Claims for Lost or damaged merchandise must be received within 24 hours of receipt of said merchandise. Shipping and Processing charges are intended to cover costs associated with processing orders, handling, packaging and shipping products. In some cases amounts collected may exceed expenses. Shipping rates shown for express shipments are estimates, BulbTown reserves the right to recover actual cost of shipping.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All items are subject to prior sale. Processed orders are shipped according to the following schedule:

1). Express Orders - Time critical (overnight, 2 day).

2). Priority Orders - Not time critical but you want them shipped Priority when they do ship.

3). Fixed Rate Shipping Orders - Usually the least expensive option for large size, low value shipments.

4). Super Saver Shipping Orders - I'm in no hurry, send them when you can!

5). I Just Need One! Orders -

Super Saver Shipping: This is a good choice when you are in no hurry for your merchandise and want to maximize your savings on shipping. Super Saver orders are shipped last and are shipped in the order they are received. Super Saver orders are only shipped complete (no partials), regardless of payment method or the dollar amount of the order. Partial shipments can be arranged, but an additional shipping charge will apply. Super Saver orders are shipped daily AFTER all Priority, Express and Fixed Price Shipping orders have been shipped. If you select the Super Saver Shipping option and a back-order exists we will ship your order complete when the back-ordered item arrives at our warehouse. We do not notify customers who select Super Saver Shipping of back-order situations since they have indicated by their choice of shipping method that they are in no hurry for their merchandise. If an item is discontinued and we will not be able to fill your order we will contact you and inform you of any possible substitutions or alternative products available if any. It is our goal to fill every order (regardless of size) in a timely fashion and provide every customer with a superior customer service experience. In pursuing this aim, we can only be guided by the signals our customer give us in the ordering process.
