GX23-2 Base Compact Fluorescents have a center post and two brass pins
on
opposite sides of the center post of the bulb. The brass pins on the
GX23-2 Base are 23 millimeters apart center to center. The GX23-2 Base
has
two parallel retaining clips on both sides of the center post
perpendicular to the pins.The GX23-2 Base is found on double U compact
fluorescent bulbs commonly referred to as "Quads" in the lighting
