Refunds
In the event you have ordered
incorrectly or received the incorrect merchandise, simply call our
office and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number to return
the merchandise you cannot use. An RGA must be requested within 30 days
of the original invoice date for non-defective products. Thereafter, all
sales are final. Material returned without an RGA Number may be refused
and/or charged a 35% unauthorized return restocking fee. Returns with
an RGAwill be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be
received in resalable condition of credit to be issued. No credit will
be granted for broken, used or un-packaged merchandise. If an order is
shipped which has not been cancelled in the same manner the order was
placed (i.e., verbal cancellation for a verbal order or cancelled online
for an internet placed order) and the order is refused or returned
without prior authorization a 35% restock fee will apply.
Shipping/Handling and Freight charges will not be refunded. Special
order products and/or products that are custom-manufactured cannot be
returned for credit and/or a refund: this specifically applies to
tritium exit signs, custom manufactured/painted/colored light bulbs and
